The IDEM hygiecode coded non contact RMC switch is a cylindrical fitting which is suitable for all industry applications. It is easy to install with a M30 threaded body and easy to set and it has a wide 10mm sensing low hysteresis with no moving parts. It has been designed with a 10mm switching tolerance and stainless steel housing which is suitable to harsh environments for food processing and packaging. The RMC has a quick connect M12 versions which are fitted with 150 (10”) cable and IP69K tested for high pressure hosing with detergent at 80C and 100PSI.

The IDEM RMC has three switches connected in series to an SCR-2 or SCR-3 to give dial channel guarding monitoring manual start and contactor feedback check as well as LED indication and flush mounted with solid stainless steel 316 housing. With coded magnetic auction and sensitivity recommended at 4mm setting this RMC coded non contact switch is suitable for any industry.
